What to expect when you hire TLE & Associates
After we set up your appointment on the phone, we will make all arrangements for the day of the inspection. On the day of your appointment, we typically will arrive 15 minutes early to make sure all things are ready for the inspection. When you arrive we will thoroughly explain how the inspection is performed and what exactly we look for as we go through the property. We will answer any questions that you may have and then begin.
The inspection usually lasts about 2-4 hours depending on the property. At the end of the inspection we will walk through the house with you. We will show you any deficiencies that we found in the inspection and also explain to you about the systems of the house. We also show you different cut offs and give multiple maintenance tips that most homeowners do not perform.
After the inspection, we send the report to you the same day by electronic mail. The report can be sent to as many parties as you would like. And remember our service lasts, you can call us as long as you own the property we inspect...So do not hesitate to call us!!

Here are a few maintenance tips that will help extend the life of your mechanical systems and your exterior surfaces:
Inspect all your window trim and accent trim for visible cracks that need to be caulked. It is very common that many homeowners do not perform this easy maintenance and water damage is the result. This is one of the number one finds during our home inspections.
Also change your air filter every 2-3 months. This will give you better efficiency and even extend the life of your system.
